Human rights — Where are they? INFORMATION is LIFE. Obscuring and censorship are a CRIME.

“If politics is to have social value—for the growth and wellbeing of society—it must be grounded in a methodology, an ethical vision of political labor, and in daily, tireless commitment. Unwavering in conduct and purpose. Those who stand on the side of justice never lose.”

  Piersanti Mattarella

“So effortless is the search for truth to most people, and many gladly turn to whatever lies easiest at hand.”

Chaos as Strategy: Political-Religious Domination through Social Disorientation

Throughout history, the deliberate creation of chaos has proven to be a functional strategy for consolidating political and religious power. Ideally, politics should represent the ultimate holistic art, aimed at the common good. Yet, in practice, many of its actors lack both the vocation and the ethical competencies to exercise it responsibly. Wars and famines — never truly resolved — have persisted across centuries, amounting to crimes against humanity.

Today’s institutional fabric, both governmental and religious, appears increasingly questionable in light of scientific knowledge and moral imperatives. These structures operate as demagogic systems, designed to exert control and preserve privilege. They rely on clientelism, exploit popular belief, fuel disinformation, and use distraction as a tool to weaken critical consciousness and perpetuate societies in constant stress and disorientation. Authorities have long betrayed their original mission — to protect, nurture, and educate — becoming instead instruments of surveillance, manipulation, and repression.

Human rights and self-determination remain idealized concepts, rarely embodied in reality. The absence of systematic lifelong educational pathways prevents genuine individual emancipation.

The true affliction of our time is the unconscious human being: unaware of themselves, of their own potential, and of the ecosystem in which they live. Such a disinformed and reference-less individual is gradually absorbed into systems of subjugation. Personal growth often occurs passively, within toxic environments. We have become so accustomed to violence — even watching scenes of war during meals — that our sense of critical thinking and indignation has been anesthetized.

In this scenario, we must ask: what kind of world are we creating for our children? What sort of society are we inhabiting, if the normalization of trauma has woven itself into our educational and social fabric?

We must raise individuals capable of collaboration and stewardship of their destiny, of our planet’s fate — even the universe. Teaching people to make conscious choices aligned with natural laws becomes essential to begin creating the world we wish to live in. Breaking free from conditioning and embracing happiness is each person’s mission. To ensure a better future for generations to come — in remembrance of our ancestors and in connection with nature — Gaia must be allowed to live. (Multinational corporations have even legitimized the commodification of water and air.)

“To educate in ethics in the age of AI is to awaken the awareness of interdependence: every decision, as in quantum physics, affects a wider relational field. This is why pedagogy and ethics must unite within a transformative and universal vision of rights.” Ethics Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Between Critical Pedagogy, Emerging Rights, and a Quantum Vision of Humanity.

Educating Ethics in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Educating ethics today does not simply mean conveying codes of conduct or professional standards. It means cultivating a consciousness of interdependence and forming individuals capable of vision, discernment, and empathy. In this process, pedagogy emerges as a space of resistance and regeneration.

In critical dialogue with innovative approaches—such as those articulated by Ada Barbieri—we can imagine an ethical education able to dwell within uncertainty and generate new rights: not as static legal constructs, but as dynamic expressions of evolving human dignity.

Rebus sic stantibus, HBU advocates for order and justice based on natural law and proposes a global educational framework.

No institution truly educates. Man is born free but immediately immersed in the sea of public opinion. Justice must be entrusted to religious institutions to safeguard human dignity, and education to pedagogues who support individuals throughout their entire lives. The aim is to globalize responsibility and to realize a conscious universe.

POLITICAL-CULTURAL PROPOSAL FOR UNIVERSAL ETHICAL AND SOCIAL REGENERATION

Introduction

In the context of a global crisis of institutions, public trust, and educational models, there arises an urgent need for political-cultural regeneration rooted in shared ethics, universal justice, self-determination, and planetary consciousness. This proposal outlines a new paradigm of coexistence, centered on the dignity of the person, communal fraternity, and respect for the Earth as a conscious and common good.

Key Proposals

  1.  Education as Foundation for Change We propose the creation of a foundational pedagogical system. Education is the liberation from fear—not conditioning to conformity.

  2.  Advocacy in Governance All forms of government and public service must be grounded in wisdom, service, and voluntarism. Political action must be accompanied by ethical advocacy, guarding human dignity and future responsibility.

  3.  Religious Institutions and Human Rights Representatives of religious traditions should safeguard—without dogma—the implementation of fundamental human rights:

    • Nuremberg Charter

    • Helsinki Declaration (1964)

    • Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN, 1948)

  4.  Conscious Earth as a Legal Entity We recognize the Earth as a living, conscious subject of rights—not merely a resource. We advocate for circular and shared economies, ensuring equitable intergenerational access to common goods.

  5.  Being and Sovereignty Freedom is not mere absence of constraints but rootedness in one’s singularity: each human is sovereign by virtue of ethical self-awareness.

  6.  Fraternal Educational Communities We must reconstruct civic bonds based on mutual respect, love of culture, and recognition of others. Community must once again be an educational space.

  7.  A Planetary Religion of Being Beyond confessions, we affirm a planetary spirituality rooted in the principle that every human is a living temple and creative word. We propose a unified view of spirituality as inner, dialogical, and universal experience.

  8.  Economic Equality and Dignity of Labor All forms of labor hold equal dignity. We propose equitable salary reform that recognizes the social value of work, independent of position—promoting justice for farmers, politicians, educators, doctors, artisans alike.

  9.  Abolishing Institutional Privileges In the name of substantive equality, pensions and institutional privileges must be abolished. Public service should be temporary service, not a means of personal gain or power.

  10.  Guiding Principle: The Golden Rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” A shared principle across cultures and wisdom traditions, and the true foundation for a cosmopolitan and empathetic citizenship.

Conclusion: Toward a New Humanity

This is not a utopia, but a historical necessity. It calls for will, awareness, and alliances. The time has come to transition from a society grounded in competition to one dedicated to care, relationship, and universal justice.

Universal Belonging and Ethical Citizenship

No individual, people, or institution can legitimately claim exclusive ownership of land. States, borders, and geopolitical divisions are temporary constructs—often serving control rather than care. Humanity must reject logics of separation, profiling, and imposed identity.

The only space to claim is that of truth in speech, shared justice, and free expression of conscience. No formal affiliations or imposed identities are needed—but a conscious choice: to live in coherence with thought, word, and action.

The Time for Transformation Is Now

Beyond borders. Beyond labels. Beyond division.

No one can possess the Earth. No one can claim a territory. No state can extinguish freedom.

We live in an age where collective consciousness is awakening. Old structures—based on domination, imposed identities, and control—are collapsing. We reject profiling. We are not numbers or targets. We are free, sovereign, interdependent human beings.

Our only allegiance is to truth, justice, and love.

The Change Is Now

Change is not tomorrow. Change is you. Change is now.

Every gesture, every word, every heartbeat shapes reality:

  • In your heart

  • In your home

  • In your community

  • In your world

The network of transformation is alive: Participate. Represent. Share. Inspire.

A Planetary Family

Now is the time for humanity to recognize itself as a unified and functional family— To embrace diversity as richness, and protect the sovereignty of each human being.

Now is the time to:

  • Cultivate care as the foundation of coexistence

  • Practice love as a political choice

  • Live spirituality as embodied truth

  • Walk together as a planetary people

Earth Is Alive

Earth is not a resource: she is consciousness, mother, and companion. The future cannot be written without listening to her. Care for her. Care for others. Care for yourself.

Become More Than You’ve Been

We are here to be more than we’ve ever been: More human. More true. More connected.

As Humanity. As Earth. As Spirit. Now. Here. Together.

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”  Spread. Awaken. Unite.
